Per Coast Guard regulations you may not have more than 6 passengers on board, including children. Each child counts as one person, no matter how young.

The boat will be located at Orange Beach Marina Fuel Dock. 

You are only required to pay the deposit, taxes, & credit card fees. 

Yes! Captains do work for tips, so gratuity is greatly appreciated. We suggest a 20% gratuity (per charter). 

Once you have pulled into Orange Beach Marina you will take your first right. Next you will see a gravel parking lot with two signs that read "Overflow Parking". Please pull into the gravel overflow parking lot and park there.

The price for each cruise is a flat rate not per person. All of the cruises are private trips, meaning you pay the listed price and can bring up to 6 passengers. Tip is not included in the listed price.

Yes, there are type 1 Personal Floatation Devices for every passenger. All ages are welcome on board but children age 8 and under are required to wear a life jacket while onboard. No exceptions!  We have a few child-size life jackets, or you can bring your own. This is recommended, but it must have a USCG approval stamp. Please let us know if you plan to bring children so that we can make the appropriate accommodations for life jackets. Call us in advance if you have any special requests or concerns.

PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY! In some circumstances, a dog is allowed on the cruise. Our dog policy is as follows: Dogs are only allowed on a private cruise. Your pet must be pre-approved by the captain. You may call, text, or email for this approval. You are completely responsible for your pet's safety.  You are also completely responsible for any damage they cause and any clean-up necessary. By bringing your pet on board, you agree to these terms. Failure to get pre-approval for your dog may result in non-refundable cancellation of your cruise.

Bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of your scheduled cruise. We reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time due to weather, safety, mechanical or behavioral issues. If your tour is canceled, you will be given a rain check to re-book at another time (this excludes behavioral, along with alcohol-related cancellations - these circumstances will never be rescheduled or refunded). For weather-related issues, your safety and comfort are our top priority. We may choose to wait out a brief shower, reschedule for another day, or refund if unable to reschedule. The captain reserves the right to take whatever course of action is most appropriate and will be in contact with you in the event that your cruise may be affected by the weather.  "NO SHOWS" will NEVER be refunded or rescheduled! NO SHOWS after 30 minutes of scheduled departure your trip will be cancelled without the option of a refund or reschedule.
